OUR SALES MANAGER/TECHNICIAN:

Mitch has been with us prior to our starting Carwash Specialists, Inc. in October, 2007.  He had worked with us in our previous company and came with Charles & Elaine into their new company after the old company split up.  He started as a part-timer, but soon discovered his interest in the car wash business.  Now we could not possibly do without him. 

Mitch has a Bachelors Degree in Biology from North Georgia College & State University in Dahlonega, Ga, as well as, a Technical Degree in Electronics from Gwinnett Technical School. He has 10 years experience in manufacturing & machine operations; 5 years in boat repairs; 2 years in Boat Sales.  Since working for us he has understudied sales with Stanley Knight for over 1 year, and has been learning the technical, maintenance, & operations of car washes from Charles Knight.  He has become very proficient in pump repairs, as well as, refurbishing used equipment for resale.  Having taken a good deal of computer classes, he is very proficient in computer skills, which is extremely advantageous in the new technical upgrades of the car wash equipment and operation. 
His good humor has been a "Great Plus" for his sales work.  He likes to think of himself as "debonair, suave, a real charmer - basically an awesome Dude".  All kidding aside, he is very good with our customers and has a "down to earth way" of dealing with them.  We are very proud of how he deals with our customers and confident that our customers, as well as, future customers will find him to be as good as we say.
